Create a NATIVE 64 bit application, include support for all smart phones.

With windows only being sold on new computers in the 64 bit version, it is time to embracy the 64 bit programing language and start producing true 64 bit programs, there is much speed to be gained if this program had true 64 bit for windows vista...
